If You will always work in your comfort zone you will never become successful because if you need to become a successful person
You need to take a different route a different way which is out of your comfort zone
Do the things which you dont like or which is hard for you or the things which you feel are boring
If you keep on doing the same things you will always get the same results so do something different or atleast a little bit of extra work

Challenge yourself something more this time , Something bigger
For example if you are a youtuber and you uploading 3 videos in a week try to upload 1 video everyday for a month or atleast 1 video for a week
And if you are blogger and you write a blog of 500 to 1500 words blog mostly try this time to write more the 2000 words this time
or try to write a blog of more than 3500 words if you are doing 50 push ups daily , Increase the number of pushups by 5 from today
At your work place if you finish your work like any king of work if you finish that specific work everyday in 2 hours challenge yourself to complete that today in 1 and half hour
Break your own limits challenge yourself today and train your mind to become successful
Stay Loyal To Your Commitments
If you commit something to yourself then no matter what happen, do it until you finish that commitment
Don’t Procrastinate your work because delaying work will only make your confidence weaker
Promise yourself that you will finish your committed work by today only and you will not delay this work by tomorrow
Because if you will procrastinate your work then deep down in your mind you will feel a loser who fails in their commitment
If you are thinking that today you will exercise or today you will write that blog or today you will finish your work in office
then do it today only because if you will finish this commitment by today only then you are sending a message to your mind, Actually a very strong message that will increase your confidence in a best way
Meditation To Train Your Mind
Meditation is the best exercise for your mind and highly successful peoples in this world meditate everyday
Meditation is not a physical exercise so it may not look like a powerful thing in starting because it may not be a visible exercise like a physical one but you will see the changes a very good changes in your thinking power and the way you will start taking the decisions
In starting you will feel difficult to meditate so in starting do just only for a minute and then slowly slowly increase to 3 minutes and then to 5 minutes
Then every morning do it at-least for 15 minutes, Meditation is a very good mental excercise
Practice meditation everyday to improve and train your mind and become a successful person
