We all need food and water in our body so we can live a healthy life, like that only we all need a daily meditation so our mind can think healthy thoughts

There is so much negativity around us like for example there might be a people who feel jealous about you in your office and they will make you feel uncomfortable when they are around you

These feeling of un comfort and negativity don’t go easily from our mind and this stays in our mind we need to convert this negativity thought in to positive ones otherwise this will affect your energy

We need to do this because there are many negative thoughts which comes in our mind and we ignore them always but deep down it affects your energy

Negativity can destroy your self-confidence and productivity slowly slowly

When you write everything in your journal you are observing your negative as well as positive thoughts

And specially when you will do this on a daily basis you will start noticing what negative thoughts you have in your mind which are repetitive in nature

Once you know which negative thought is repetitive then you can take required action on that thought and convert it in to a positive one with the help of positive affirmation
