How To Love Yourself Unconditionally 

Recently I had an appointment with my doctor and I was discussing with her about my hair fall problems I was asking her that can I wear cap on my head, Because my hairline is receding and I don’t look good with a hair fall but with a cap on my head I look more young, But she replied with a smiling face that there are so many peoples in this world who are fat and still they take a selfie with a smiling face because they had accepted them self and they love them self so much

She said me that this is the most important thing you need to do, Because most of us are struggling with not loving ourselves and we always thinks like what if I had that kind of physical appearance or what if I had a beautiful face, How to love yourself unconditionally in this article I will mention few very important tips so you also can apply and start loving yourself

Practice Self Talk

Self Talk is very important because we unknowingly do a self taking always with our self and we do this subconsciously,

Our subconscious mind is very powerful it accepts the thoughts always
If you are repeatedly speaking negative self talk unconsciously then slowly slowly

It will become a habit and your subconscious mind will start accepting it

Because subconscious mind don’t see the difference between what is right and what is wrong,

It just track the pattern and install a strong habit and a thought in your system

Its very important that you always say positive words with yourself because then you will start becoming like that, what we think we become

Why we have to think negative things for our self if we know that it will only harm us

You need to start taking action on this , you have to change the way you think about yourself

Whenever negative thoughts are coming in your mind change it with a positive one

In starting it will be difficult for you to be alert when the negative thought arises

But when you will concentrate continuously on your negative thought and replace it with the positive one

You will start seeing a behavioral change in yourself and you will become a more positive person day by day

Spend Alone Time With Yourself

When you start spending alone time with yourself you are sending a strong message to your subconscious mind that you don’t need anyone else company

Try going for a movie alone , go for a shopping alone, Treat yourself with some nice food in a restaurant

When you do this more and more with yourself you will become more comfortable with yourself and you will start loving yourself

more because you are doing a friendship with you and you are enjoying your own company now

Meditate Daily

Meditation is a stress buster , people who meditate daily are well balanced with their thoughts and they dont keep on complaining about their situations and about how they look

We all are different and not anyone is perfect , few people’s looks really good and few are born with talent

We as a human being always compare ourselves with other person who are better than us

So meditation helps us to clear our thoughts and remove all the negativity from our system

Meditate daily start with 3 or 5 minutes in starting and just concentrate on your breath

And try to convert your negative thoughts in to positive ones

Negative Thoughts v/s Positive Thoughts

Your thoughts are a stronger force which can make you or destroy you

If you have a habit of thinking always negative thoughts always then you will attract more problems in your life

Loving yourself unconditionally requires a lot of positivity in thoughts

Because when you were teenagers everything was good and you had a nice hair and you were slim but if your are now in your forties than beauty fades as your age keeps on increases

And at this time negatives thoughts arises so much

And it demotivates you so try to think only positive thoughts
For example i am good looking
I have a nice family and i love myself as a person i am a nice human being with good values and honesty

Treat yourself nicely and love yourself unconditionally, your soul needs love from you first and then from others

So feed yourself with positive thoughts

Attitude of Gratitude

Being grateful is so much important, you have to be grateful for your life and for your family

Thank god for each and every thing which is good in your life

Count your blessings every day

Say thanks to god and to this whole universe that you are alive and healthy

Think of all good things in your life and say thank you to god

We are so much lucky and we have so much in our life but we dont see and acknowledge the good things

We only see the negative things and keep on complaining

We have a family we have nice job and we have a good health , atleast we have all body parts

Think about them who are handicap and still you will see a smile on their face
