Do meditation daily, clear your thoughts

Concentrate on your breath, when you breath in say in your mind that i consume all power and positivity in me and when you breath out say in your mind i release all negativity from my mind and my soul

Make your own mantra which suits you according to your situation

Practice Self Affirmation

Make a list of affirmations, this will make you a stronger person

Deliberately say it to yourself, Affirmations are really powerful

For example, I am a strong person and i can make new friends easily

No one can hurt me

In this world there is nothing which can break me mentally

I am a powerful soul and i can move on

I have no grudges for anyone

And i am a god’s child and i spread love always wherever i go

If you will self-talk like this during a meditation time or even while you are travelling if you don’t have that much time so you can do this in a bus or a train with your eyes closed

This kind of affirmations will increase positivity in you

Become a Friend of God

God is a good friend and when we talk with him innocently without true heart he shows us the right path, and this happens naturally when we are almost totally broken we always go to god

And ask them that what was my mistake

But rather than asking and blaming always that why me, we should pray to god with open heart and with so much love

God gives us so much positivity when we open our heart and talk with him in prayers he never leaves his children alone
