How to change your bad habits in to good Habits in short how to replace bad habits in to a good one, it is difficult to change your old patterns of habits and you just can’t change years old habits
But the good news is that you can do this slowly slowly by following the below mentioned steps, so let’s deep dive in to this habit forming blog and learn to change our self

Habits Are Contagious
Notice that when you are travelling at that time what you do, according to me nowadays almost every people’s watch movies in mobiles or they scroll their mobile screen and check their social media accounts
Why this is happening, habits are contagious we do this unconsciously because everyone is doing and this is not a crime so all thinks that let’s do this for a time pass
Or else what we can do because every day we have to travel for almost an hour in morning and same hour for evening time also
Can we replace this habit yes we can for sure
I have done many times i write this blog post in trains and in morning time i edit my YouTube videos in mobile applications
You also can do this and you don’t have to replace your mobile with anything
Like others i am also using a mobile phone in travelling but i am using it in my favor and in my profit, I am not wasting time i am utilizing my time
What you can do you can read a book in mobile phone, reading a self-help book can give you some idea and you can also start something for your self
I listen to music sometimes, sometimes i listen motivational videos or watch educational videos which are related for my channel progress
So i just replaced the content which is in mobile but i have not replaced the mobile phone
I am not saying that don’t take out mobile from your pockets

Tea and Smoking Habit
Many peoples in this world are addicted to tea, some wants to quit and some are okay with it, one of my friend drink tea 10 to 12 times a day and whenever he has tea at the same time he wants a cigarette also
One day he decided I will not consume this much tea, and he started keeping a track that how much he consume the tea, he then deducted tea quantity from his daily routine, for few days he had 10 cup of tea only but he reduced the quantity and started having a small cigarette whenever he had a tea
After 15 days he came to 8 cups of tea and after a month he came down to 5 cups
Now after 2 months he just having everyday 2 cups of tea and his smoking habits also became so less
Tea was his triggering point which is connected to smoking
He never had a headache during this 2-month process and he did it so nicely with a plan
Clean Your Surrounding
Become distraction free and remove every distraction from your surrounding like if you use any apps in your mobile which are distracting you then delete that apps
One of my uncle just keep watching news on tv and in mobile also he just keeps reading news, watching continuous news can create negative impact on mind also
When he comes back home in night then at that time also he just keeps watching news
He changed this habit of watching news because he was wasting so much time in all these, so he started watching motivational videos and trade related videos on YouTube
He has a trading related business and replacing trading related videos with the news is helping him to save so much of his time and he can think and increase his business to next level also
You can delete your OTT subscriptions also if its distracting you from your goals
Or you can replace your soft drink drinking habit with a normal water because soft drink contains so much sugar in it
There are so many habits which can be replaced by a good one
Conclusion – Forming a habit takes time and you have to replace them with a good one because replacing is a bit easy then totally stopping that old habit, so it will be a better option to just replace them and try to become a addiction free person
