There was a fixed time of our school starting

School leaving time was fixed

All army candidates during their training period wake up on time do exercise on time and they sleep on time

And they achieve what they want in their life after a few Sacrifices

If you will do hard work for 5 days and then leave whatever you are doing for the next 15 days , Then again you will do the same thing again after 15 days gap it won’t work out like this

To achieve your goals or dreams you need to set a specific time

Every day on the same time you have to work on your dreams

This is the only way you will develop a habit and then after few days you will do all this things automatically on time

When I was in school my handwriting keeps on changing on every Monday

I know this is not happeny may be with everyone but my teacher always use to complain why you just not write one day and your handwriting changes

Just on Sundays I was not writing and it was affecting my handwriting

So habits have patterns which form automatically

And practice makes it perfect
