Start a New Hobby

When you feel alone then in those days you should start new hobby like do something for yourself which can keep you engaged in life

Read Books When You Feel Lonely

Read books when you feel like nobody cares for you or sometimes we feel so much depressed and we feel like crying, we feel like why all these happens only with me etc etc

Books are a good friends of humans, reading books is totally a lovely experience

You can go deep down in your thoughts and visualize according to your vision

Move your body, walk, run and do exercise whenever you feel alone, staying active can help you fight with your loneliness because staying active can decrease stress levels

If you don’t have that much time, then you can start at least with a 5 minutes’ walk daily

Learn to Spend Time with Yourself

Being alone is also a need for humans because after all we all are a body and a soul and our soul needs energy and we can’t receive energy when we are with so many peoples like when we are doing work or communicating with others
