We all are having habits in us, and habits are all mental, we form habits in us and many of the time we do this subconsciously, the things which are easy and which is not giving us discomfort we do that often and the easy thing becomes our habit in the long run and most of the time the habit is the bad one, so we will discuss below about the 8 good habits to have in life and we will do this deliberately in life

Walk Daily

Walk daily because walking is everything about your physical health because if you always travel by bus or taxi then try to walk everyday at least for 30 minutes, so you can burn your calories and stay healthy also

Always take a stair when going to your office or when you go at home, because this is really good when you don’t have a time for going to a gym, at least you are involving in some physical activity

Ignoring Junk Food

A Habit of Ignoring junk food you need to develop, if you are not health conscious and eating anything at any time then you have to stop this bad habit today only, and make a habit of eating healthy foods, you can replace a soft drink by normal water, you can replace a burger by your home made food and so on

Get Inspired

Everyone needs inspiration in their life, you can be lost in your life if you are not inspired by any person, because inspiration is a good motivation

You can watch inspirational videos on YouTube, nowadays you can get a inspiration from teenagers also because if you use social media you might know that how much peoples are earning nowadays and we get inspired by watching their podcast

Track Your Expenses

We do expenses a lot, we form this habit of spending, a man is poor when he spends more than he earns and this is the one bad habit which you need to delete from your life

Track your expenses on daily basis, stop spending money on useless things

Don’t shop a lot, if its not required, one of my friend have a watch collection and he don’t even wear every watch, so why and what is the need to doing this

Just for example, two watches are okay, or maximum three is good if you are a watch lover

Stop Procrastination

If you are procrastinating some work daily then you are making the biggest mistake in your professional life, because one day all work load will come altogether at you and you will be in stress

Try to stop this bad habit and do your daily work on daily basis, stay active at your work place and don’t delay any work from now onwards, if you will form this habit in yourself then within 1 month you will see how much good and hardworking you became

Think Positive

People always thinks negative and negative thinking can take them nowhere, we often take stress for the things which are futuristic in nature and 99 % of our negative thoughts are not going to happen

We just waste our time by thinking about the things which is not that important

Think always positive thoughts, this will make you a positive person, a businessman never say no to his customers, before taking the orders, no matter how much the project is big, they always try to grab the opportunity and they always think like nothing is impossible

Thinking negatively can take you nowhere but it will increase the aging process in you, but by thinking positively you can become a perfect positive person and the success rate will be high in near future

Make a Plan

Make a plan always in life, because without a plan you will go nowhere, default system is not the perfect one, you need to deliberately do something in your life, make a plan which will make you successful in life

No Matter how much the plan is small or big but make one, so you can be on track

A person who have no motive or any goals in life is nothing but a go with the flow type person

So have one plan in your list and stick to that plan

Take Action

Take necessary action always, when we make a plan, we just visualize and make time tables but we don’t act on it, taking action is just 10 % and making a plan and every little details like time table a perfect schedule and all is 90 % we do all 90 % of work in our mind and on paper but we never do rest of the 10 % which require action

So take action because taking action in life is a very good habit, which will give you success sooner or later in life

Conclusion – Like Bad Habits we can develop good habits also but for good habits we need to do this deliberately because it’s hard to develop good habits and once you develop a good habit, you will become more and more powerful day by day
